SCS can build metal frame, steel buildings, and tilt wall structures. Even though we build larger projects, we still build projects as small as a new detached garage. SCS maintains professional relationships with multiple steel building suppliers allowing us to purchase the highest quality metal framing components at a reasonable price.

SCS Construction Management can provide help in developing your initial ideas into a buildable design, engineering, architectural, site preparation, erection and finishing. Uniquely in the construction industry, the majority of the workers that you will see on an SCS site are SCS employees. While most builders use 100% subcontractors, we have chosen to stick with a core of loyal, well trained skilled workers that we can count on. We do use a few sub-contractors, most of which have been working with us for years.
